1. Acceptance and license
By using Pacia, you agree to these terms and the conditions presented in the App Store. Where no custom license agreement is provided, Apple’s standard end-user license agreement also applies as appropriate.
2. Purpose of Pacia
Pacia is a running organization and planning tool. App content is informational and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or a guarantee of athletic results.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for assessing your condition, using judgment, and stopping activity if you experience pain, illness, or unusual symptoms. Seek professional guidance when needed. Do not use the app when doing so may compromise your safety or that of others.
4. Devices and integrations
Pacia does not require a user account or use its own server to store your data. Features may depend on iPhone, Apple Watch, compatible system versions, connectivity, and permissions. Apple and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
5. Purchases and availability
Prices, trials, subscriptions, or purchases, if offered, will be presented before confirmation and processed under App Store rules. Features and availability may vary by region, device, and version.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass security, disrupt operation, access data without authorization, improperly copy the product, or use Pacia in violation of law or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
Pacia, its brand, interface, text, and other elements are protected by intellectual property rights. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app as provided.
8. Limits and changes
The service is provided as available and within limits permitted by law. Pacia may evolve, correct, suspend, or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination and contact
You may stop using the app and delete local data from Pacia itself or through iPhone Settings, as described in the Privacy Policy. Official legal contact details will be published before launch.
