1. Scope
This policy applies to the Pacia app, its informational website, and official support channels. The legal name and contact details of the data controller will be added before final publication.
2. Information that may be processed
Depending on the features you choose, Pacia locally processes profile and planning inputs, goals, availability, and training preferences. The app does not require an account and does not send this data to a Pacia server.
With your explicit permission, Pacia may also access compatible Health app categories and workout information on your device to display history, structure the plan, and provide integrations you request. Pacia does not receive general access to all of your Health data.
3. How information is used
Information is processed locally to create, display, and recalculate plans, present workouts, and enable the integrations you choose. Pacia does not maintain user accounts or a server-side database.
Data authorized for one purpose is not used for an incompatible purpose without an appropriate basis or renewed consent where required.
4. Permissions and controls
Access to Health, notifications, calendars, and Apple Watch features depends on system permissions. You may deny or revoke these permissions in device settings. Revocation may limit only the features that depend on that access.
5. System service integrations
The app does not send your planning data to Pacia servers or use providers to store it. Core processing takes place locally on your iPhone.
When you request a system integration, strictly necessary information may be made available to Apple services under the system’s permissions and rules. Pacia does not sell Health data or use it for targeted advertising.
6. Storage and deletion
Pacia data is stored locally on your iPhone. The app does not keep a copy of this data on its own server.
You can delete the data from the app itself or through iPhone Settings. Because Pacia has no remote database, no deletion request to support is required.
7. Security
Data remains protected by iPhone security features and system access controls. Information used by Apple integrations is subject to the protections and permissions of those services.
8. Children
Pacia is not directed to children below the minimum age applicable to consent to the service. If we learn that a child’s data was processed improperly, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. The latest version date appears above. The official channel for privacy questions will be published here before launch.
