What is Pacia?
Pacia is a running planning app. It organizes information such as your goal, availability, authorized history, and preferences into a sequence of weeks and workouts you can review and adjust.
Does Pacia guarantee performance improvements?
No. Results vary from person to person and depend on factors no app can control. Pacia provides training organization and guidance without promising a specific outcome.
Does Pacia replace a doctor or healthcare professional?
No. Pacia does not diagnose, treat, or provide emergency care. If you have a health condition, experience pain, or are unsure whether running is appropriate for you, consult a qualified professional.
How does Apple Watch integration work?
On compatible devices and system versions, structured workouts can be prepared in Pacia and made available in the Workout app on Apple Watch. Operation depends on permissions and system capabilities.
Does Pacia work with Garmin?
Pacia does not currently offer direct Garmin integration. The app only exports workouts in compatible formats, which can be used according to the import options available within the Garmin ecosystem. We are working toward a smoother, simple, and reliable integration, with no release date to announce at this time.
Which Health data does Pacia use?
Only categories you authorize and that are needed for features you choose to use. You can review permissions at any time in iPhone Settings and the Health app.
Can I change my plan?
You can review planning information and adjust the elements available in the app. Significant changes may recalculate parts of the plan to keep its structure aligned with your new choices.
Does Pacia work offline?
Yes. Pacia planning and data remain on your iPhone and do not depend on a Pacia server. Only specific system integrations may require connectivity, permissions, or Apple services.
How will prices, trials, or purchases be presented?
Prices and purchase terms are available in the App Store.
How do I delete my data?
Pacia data is stored locally on your iPhone. You can delete it from the app itself or through iPhone Settings.
